Are you someone who is looking to get rid of your old, new, in fashion, out of fashion, vintage, working or unworking, unused watches? Donating them can help a great cause. Donating watches and other timepieces may also be great from a tax point of view since charitable donations are tax-deductible. There are several organizations that accept watch donations, however not all of them will make the most sense for a timepiece-related donation. Fast CPR is a Hawaii-based nonprofit organization. Fast CPR provides emergency health and safety training, including resuscitation, first aid, CPR, and AED training to healthcare and other essential workers performing life-saving and critical infrastructure service roles in Hawaii as a key component of its mission. Individuals that recognize the importance of being on time to rescue is an important part of saving lives. Efficient and effective CPR started on time can truly make a difference in someone’s survival. Fast CPR promotes on-time classes, trains individuals who are prepared for an emergency and teaches the importance of being on time through its programs and simulated rescue classes that aim to prepare individuals for real-life rescue situations. Donations are tax-deductible in most cases depending on your tax situation, which is another benefit of giving to Fast CPR. Donate watches to Fast CPR! Fast CPR is a Hawaii-based 501(c)3 nonprofit organization and will mail back a donation receipt. All types of watches and timepieces, whether digital, analog, quartz, mechanical or automatic movement, are eligible for donation to Fast CPR from donors across the world. If you are shipping a watch to Fast CPR from outside of the United States of America, please mail it accordingly to avoid additional customs fees to the organization.
